Job Placement Services: 

Our primary goal is to facilitate job placement for up to 50% of the individuals served. This includes securing long-term employment with career pathways, upward mobility opportunities, and benefits like access to healthcare. We provide job search assistance, resume and application development, and salary negotiation support to enhance job placement success.

Mental Health Treatment Services: 

We focus on promoting mental well-being through non-traditional means, including case management, support groups, healing circles, and creative therapies. These services address the often interconnected challenges of mental health conditions and co-occurring disorders (COD) among justice-involved individuals.

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Services: 

Our initiative provides direct services, resources, and referrals to individuals seeking help with substance use disorder.

This includes individual and group counseling, motivational enhancement therapy, multi-step facilitation therapy, and recovery support services.

System Navigation Services (SNS):

 We assist clients in navigating various systems to improve their economic, physical, and emotional well-being. This includes resource identification, referrals, and case management to ensure individuals receive comprehensive support.

Our approach prioritizes equitable access to care by addressing the complex interplay between SUD, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders, recognizing their impact on job sustainability for justice-involved individuals.

We are proud to share our strong track record of success, with past interventions resulting in an 87.5% reduction in recidivism within a year and 90% of the target audience becoming contributing community members within three months of release.
